We’re Hiring:

Head of Programmes (listed on LinkedIn as Client Relationship Manager) and Programmes Executive (listed on LinkedIn as Client Relationship Executive).

We are excited to be recruiting for two key positions within our team: Head of Programmes and Programmes Executive.

As Head of Programmes, you will take the lead in managing our programmes team and overseeing the private one-to-one support aspects of Dukes Plus Consultancy. You will play a central role in driving excellence across client management and the delivery of our Premier Services and consultancy packages.

As Programmes Executive, you will work closely with students and families, supporting the delivery of our Premier Services and consultancy packages, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality client experience.

Both roles are fantastic opportunities for individuals who are client-focused, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles):

• Act as the main point of contact for students and families.
• Manage programme administration to ensure smooth delivery.
• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Build research and expertise, developing knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support for our clients.

Preferred Start Date: 27^th October 2025

Head of Programmes Salary Range: £36,000 to £38,000 (based on experience) plus a performance-based bonus.

Programmes Executive Salary Range: £30,000 to £34,000 (based on experience) plus a performance-based bonus.
