Training Contracts

Training Contracts

Each year we ask up to ten graduates to join our team.  We are looking for the future partners of the firm.  As part of a select and high-calibre intake, we will give you real responsibility earlier than you might expect.

During the two-year training contract you will spend time in each of our main departments, including a guaranteed 6-month seat in IP Litigation.  Trainees also have the opportunity to go on a 3-month client secondment.

Vacation Schemes

Workshops

We run a series of two-day workshops in winter, spring and summer in place of vacation schemes.  The workshops are structured to give you an insight into the firm and the work we do.  You will take part in interactive sessions, case studies and presentations during the two days, as well as having the opportunity to network with employees across all areas of the firm.

Open Days

Open Days

We run two open days each year in spring and summer.  The Undergraduate open day is open to applicants of any degree discipline and all years of undergraduate study.  The Science and Engineering open day is open to applicants undertaking, or who have completed, a science or engineering based degree, who would like to find out more about pursuing a legal career.
