About Simpson Millar

Our history dates back to 1841, when Henry Simpson became a partner based in the London Bridge area. Since then, we’ve expanded our range of services both for clients and business partners, organisations and trade unions.

In 2015, Simpson Millar acquired Colemans-CTTS to form a national business with offices across England and Wales. Together, the two firms created a strong business with extensive experience, and today, we’ve got more than 500 people working in 11 different offices.

We were the first law firm to receive the Law Society’s award for excellence in Practice Management (Lexcel), and one of the first to be accredited as an Investor in People.
